Devotional Reading: John 5:1-9
In our memorize of today, a certain man had an infirmity for thirty eight years, he was by the pool at Bethesda but had no one to help him into the pool. Anytime the angel of the Lord came and troubled the water, someone else would jump in before him. Jesus saw him and with the power of the word set him FREE. The power of life and death truly lie in the tongue. Our tongue is a center of authority and place of power especially when used with the word of God, and backed by the Holy Spirit.
There are certain issues in life, career, ministry or business that demands the use of ‘Command’. This was the case in our devotional reading of today, we saw how Jesus told the man with command, “Rise, take up thy bed, and walk!”. It was not a plea, it was a release of power and authority by decree. The bible records in Vs 9; And immediately the man was made whole, and took up his bed and walked;
Whatever circumstances you might be facing today, those situations cannot be bigger than the authority in the word of God and the name of Jesus. The bible declare in Phil 2,10; that at the mention of the name JESUS, every knee must bow, trouble, delay, depression, sickness, debt, confusion etc must give way.
I make a decree over those situations around you, of things in heaven, and things in earth, and things under the earth; that are contending with the name of Jesus in your life, hear the word of the Lord, be paralysed and surrender now, in the name of Jesus.
Father I decree as your servant under the banner of your anointing, I decree over everyone using this devotional that their season of laughter have come. Weeping may endure for a night but joy comes in the morning. Every situation that has caused you tears, or sorrow, I command them to turn to joy and testimony for you today in the name of Jesus.
Whatever is responsible for the delay in your children, marriage, job, or breakthrough, I terminate them today in Jesus name. Every sickness in your body or in your marrow, hear the word of the Lord, get out of that body NOW in Jesus name; you are a stranger, your time has expired and its time for you to leave, get out of that body NOW in Jesus name.
I command every chain of the enemies over your life, finance, business, ministry, marriage, family, or children, to be broken today in the mighty name of Jesus. Every evil arrow and power policing your life to frustration, I render such power useless in Jesus name.
I don’t know where you are right now in your journey of life, but I decree concerning that thing that has hit you to a stand still or crippled you, In the name of Jesus Christ of Nazareth, Rise up and Move Forward NOW in Jesus name. Every dry bone in your life I command sinew to fall on them and be back to life in Jesus name.
Father if there is any area that I have not touched in prayer, I ask that your Holy Spirit will scan every reader of this devotional today and perform total restoration, bringing perfect solution to all difficult situations in the life and ministry of your children in Jesus name.
Thank you Father for answering our prayers, In Jesus name.
Prayer point: JESUS my great healer, please give me the power to rise and walk NOW in Jesus name.
