The visitations of God comes to man in the order of their times and seasons,
Our God is a God of times and seasons, likewise life generally most times is about time and season. Ecclesiastes 3:1; To every thing there is a season, and a time to every purpose under the heaven. In our bible reading of today, there was a crippled man by the pool of Bethesda, he missed his season’s of breakthrough and healing for 38 years, it was the mercy of God that made Jesus go to him, not everyone will have such opportunity or privilege. Many people have missed out their times and seasons irrecoverably, some have died without having another chance or privilege, I pray that you will not miss your season of breakthrough in Jesus name.
Time is the one thing that can never be retrieved, seasons come at its time and go, you also cannot recall a lost season. One may lose and regain a friend, one may lose and regain money, but time and season are not to be missed because they are not replaceable, that person will have to wait for the next season which may take a long time, or may never come in their lifetime. 1 Chronicles 12:32; And the children of Issachar, which were men that had understanding of the times, to know what Israel ought to do…. You too can pray for the Sons of Issachar Anointing: to know and understand the timing and season of God for your life.
There was an incident that happened during one of our revival services, a young man came for the program and word of prophecy came out for him, he was given specific instruction as the prophet of God was led by the Holy Spirit, on the specific day this young man was instructed to carry out this instruction, he was careless and forgot, when he came back to the prophet of God and told him, he was very disappointed. When the prophet prayed and asked God what to do, the Lord instruct the prophet to tell the young man to carry out the instruction on the same day he was told, but in 7 years time. What a great miss of opportunity! Imagine what he will have to endure while waiting for 7 years, he missed his season of breakthrough.
There are some opportunities which will come our way in life that we must pray seriously not to miss, these opportunities come at their time and season which may not come again in the circle of that generation.
I pray for you today that the almighty God will help you not to miss your time and season of breakthrough in Jesus name, the key is to “Watch and Pray”. May the LORD through the Holy Spirit help you and I to watch and pray so that we will not miss out time of blessing and season of breakthroughs in Jesus name.
Prayer point: O mighty God of Time and Season, help me not to miss my season of breakthrough in Jesus name, Amen.
