Protection is a major issue in our world today. Many people spend so much money on security and protection, yet, the security and protection plan of many fail them. One of the benefits accrued when you give your life to Christ is guaranteed Divine Protection. It is available to every believer and an heritage of every born again Christian. God said in our devotional memorize of today “I will protect thy going out and thy coming in” it is a promise that cannot fail, you should hold unto it at all times, God never lie, he does not say what he does not mean. He said further that “even for evermore” which means no devil can touch you or terminate your life prematurely if you are in Christ Jesus. God has put a divine plan in place to shield you against all Satan’s plan and evil agenda. Jesus said in Matthew 10:30&31; “But the very hairs of your head are all numbered; Fear ye not therefore, ye are of more value than many sparrows”. Through the blood of Jesus, you have an heritage of Divine Provisions and Protection in Christ Jesus. When you give your life to Christ, you become joint hair with Christ and made to sit together with Him in heavenly places. Ephesians. 1:21 says you are far above the arrows of witches and wizards. Your new birth experience also enlisted you into the kingdom of His dear son. Colossians.1:13.
As you go about your normal business today and for the rest of your life, be conscious of the fact that God’s protection is over you, no attack of the enemy anywhere can come near you, as long as you remain under the wings of God’s divine protection. No assault, molestation or harassments of the enemy can come close to you. 1John:5:4; says “for whosoever is born of God overcomesth the world: and this is the victory that overcometh the world even our faith”.
I will like you to know that as a believer, you carry power according to the words of Jesus in Luke 10:19; “Behold, I give unto you power to tread on Serpents and Scorpions and over all the power of the power of the enemy: and nothing shall by any means hurt you” That is a very strong word of promise from the one that has all the power in Heaven and on Earth. So you must not entertain fear or worry about your life; He said further in Isaiah 43:2 “when thou passeth through the waters, I will be with thee: and through the rivers they shall not overflow thee: when thou walketh through the fire, thou shall not be burned; neither shall the flame kindle upon thee” That is a powerful promise.
Psalm 91:1&2 further buttresses God’s sure protection over you. He that dwelleth in the secret place of the most High shall abide under the shadow of the almighty. I will say of the LORD, He is my refuge and my fortress: my God; in him will i trust.
There is a guardian angel assigned to every child of God and the angel is charged with the responsibility of preserving and protecting you. “Behold, I send an Angel before thee, to keep thee in the way, and to bring thee into the place which I have prepared” Exodus 23:20. The mission of the angel is to keep you safe in the journey of life, until He brings you to the place prepared for you to flourish and be fulfilled.
Numbers 23:23; Surely there is no enchantment against Jacob, neither is there any divination against Israel; No evil enchantment can touch you under the wings of God.
I decree over you and your family all through this year 2021 and beyond, the sure protection of God will be established upon you and your family in Jesus name. You will not be afraid for the terror by night; nor for the arrow that flyeth by day. You are protected under the wings of Jehovah ALMIGHTY in Jesus name, Amen.
Prayers point : Thou omnipotent God, please let your shield of protection be all around me and my family in Jesus name.
